This edition of Sexy Submissions features the Bellator ring girls and the MMA Candy girls demonstrating the popular Kimura submission technique. We usually see a Kimura attempted at least one time in every MMA event. It’s a killer technique because it can be attempted from the bottom or mounted position.

As you can see, controlling the wrist and cranking it towards the back of your opponent’s head are critical steps in order to tap out your opponent. Georges St. Pierre had Dan Hardy in a Kimura at UFC 111 but could not tap him out because he wasn’t pulling the arm 90 degrees towards his opponents head.
